DISADVANTAGES OF SPICY FOODS



We all know that too much of everything is bad. Too much intake of spicy foods can cause:

Ulcer. It is possible because the spice can increase the amount of acid in your abdomen. This imbalance leaves the stomach lining vulnerable an unprotected. 

Damaged taste buds. Excessive eating of spicy foods can dull your sense of taste. Intense spice that comes from really hot peppers can also burn parts of your mouth if caution is not practiced in their consumption.

Irritated skin. Touching the skin accidentally after exposure to peppers and other spicy foods will cause irritation. This is very common in the delicate skin areas such as the lips and near the eyes.
